Sex And The City of Saratoga Springs

I was shocked that the Phillip Treacy hat (more accurately called a Fascinator) that Sarah Jessica Parker wore for the Sex And The City Movie premier in London caused such a stir. I think these stylists need to spend some time in Saratoga during racing season!

My goal now is to create a Fascinator even more elaborate! I love a challenge!
