Fashion Shows and Fun

Actor Sasha Baron Cohen aka (Borat) crashed the catwalk at Agatha Ruiz de la Prada's show in Milan on Friday.  Security guards rushed the stage, lights went down, and they removed him from the show.

Sadly, his long black caped outfit and over the top accessories were not the worst things seen at some of the fashion shows this year.  And with people in fear of losing their houses or being unable to pay their heating bills, there may be more people dressed like Cohen just to keep warm this winter.

This stunt was all in the name of the actor's new movie that he is filming in Milan called "Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Male." In this fashion centered film his character Bruno is a flamboyant Austrian fashionista.

With the poor economy, in an election year, and with all the other doom and gloom on the news, its nice to see someone not taking things too seriously.  However, if I were the designer that had put in long, hard hours or work and worry to make sure the show went off without a hitch - I would be well and truly pissed.  As a casual observer?  Yep, I laughed.
