This wicked weather has us singing the blues. We all know that the weather can make us a little depressed. Those symptoms could be that of “sad” or “Seasonal Affective Disorder“ affecting our mood. Experts say the lack of sunlight is a major reason people feel down this time of the year. It zaps your energy and leaves you moody. My suggestion is to add a little bling. There might not be bright sunlight outside, but that doesn't mean that we don't have some bright bling here at Speck!
